Our Tablet products have a limited shelf life of around 7 weeks from date of order. This does not apply to our Tablet Popcorn which has a longer shelf life.
Orders can be left safe at your request but please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for items going missing.
All of our products should be stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
If you intend to place an order containing alcohol (this specifically refers to bottles of alcohol, as opposed to products containing alcohol as an ingredient), we are legally required to confirm that you are over the age of 18. Once you have placed your order, we will attempt to contact you via telephone and/or email; we must confirm your age over the phone before we can process and ship your order.
We receive a lot of letters, calls and emails every day from various charities and organisations who would love to work with Mrs Tilly's. Whilst we’d love to help all of these worthy charities, unfortunately we can’t fulfil the huge demand we receive.
Therefore, instead of undertaking the impossible task of deciding which events to support, we designate one charity to which we give our full support. We are proud to be supporting "Strathcarron Hospice" as our chosen charity.
As a general rule, any orders under 2kg will be delivered via Royal Mail. Any orders above 2kg will be delivered via Courier. Deliveries can take place between 8am and 7pm.
We operate a ‘No Quibble’ exchange policy, which means that, if you wish to return an item, we will happily provide a full refund, exchange or credit note within 14 days of contacting us.. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
